Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Maina, we understand that receiving your jewelry is the most exciting part of the process. We partner with trusted logistics providers to ensure your lab-grown diamonds and silver, gold vermeil pieces arrive safely and securely.

1. Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping Areas: We ship to all postal codes in India serviced by our courier partners (e.g., BlueDart, Delhivery).

  • Shipping Costs:

    • Prepaid Orders: Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Processing Time:

    • Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 24–48 hours.

    • Made-to-order / Customized items: Dispatched within [e.g., 7–10] business days.

  • Delivery Timelines:

    • Mumbai & Metro Cities: 5–7 business days.

    • Rest of India: 7–10 business days.

    • Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, strikes, or public holidays.

3. Insurance & Security

  • Insured Transit: All shipments are fully insured by Maina until they are delivered to you.

  • Tamper-Proof Packaging: Your jewelry arrives in a secure, tamper-proof packet. Do not accept the package if the seal is broken or if the packaging looks tampered with.

  • Proof of Delivery: For security, a signature or OTP may be required upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love "Your Daily Sparkle." If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a transparent return process.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused.

  • Mandatory Tags: All Maina security tags/stickers must be intact and attached. If the tag is removed, the return will be rejected.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned with the original jewelry box, certificates (for lab-grown diamonds), and invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  1. Earrings: Due to hygiene regulations, all earrings (studs, hoops, drops) are final sale.

  2. Custom Orders: Any piece engraved, resized, or customized specifically for you.

3. The Return Process

  1. Request: Email us at parasgems25@gmail.com or WhatsApp +918169909102 with your Order ID and images of the product.

  2. Reverse Pickup:

    • If your pin code is serviceable, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost (India only).

    • If a reverse pickup is not available, you will be requested to self-ship the item to our Mumbai studio. We will reimburse standard shipping costs up to ₹100 in the form of store credit.

  3. Quality Check (QC): Once received, our team will inspect the product for wear, damage, or missing tags. This process takes 2–3 business days.

Refund Policy

1. Approval & Processing

  • Once the Quality Check (QC) is passed, we will initiate the refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original source (Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI) within 5–7 business days.

  • Store Credit: You may opt for Store Credit, which has validty of 1 year.

2. Deduction for Rejected Returns

If a returned item does not pass our QC (e.g., tags removed, scratches found), we will ship the item back to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.

After Dispatch: If the order has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot cancel it. You may choose to refuse delivery, and a refund will be processed after the package returns to us (minus shipping costs).
