Warranty & Manufacturing Defects

Since we deal in silver with gold vermeil plating, it is important to distinguish between defects and normal wear.

1. Manufacturing Warranty (6 Months)

We offer a 6-month warranty covering:

• Loose stones or prongs.

• Broken clasps or hooks (not due to pulling/tugging).

• Major discoloration occurring within 14 days of use.

2. What is NOT a Defect?

• Plating Fade: Gold Vermeil is a layer of gold over silver. Over time, depending on skin acidity, perfume use, and water exposure, this will naturally fade to the silver base. This is normal wear and tear and not a defect.

• Bent Posts: Silver is a soft metal. Earring posts bending slightly with pressure is normal and can be gently adjusted.

• Tarnish: 925 Silver reacts with moisture to oxidize (blacken). This can be cleaned with a silver cloth and is not a defect.
